About Monarch
Monarch is a family-owned firm based in London with a mission to provide its clients with an unparalleled service from start to finish. Our team started with Father and Son wanting to re-introduce trust and quality of workmanship back into the industry. We are committed to providing an excellent customer service and take pride and effort to understand the importance of every project, no matter its volume. We apply the same tailored and bespoke approach to all the services we provide.
Monarch is separated into three fundamental cores to help clients on the everyday requirements to maintain real estate at its prime.
Maintenance
We provide all your property maintenance needs including periodic and emergency requests. At Monarch will handle every request from the start to completion, enabling our clients to sit back and concentrate in what matters most.
Refurbishments
Our property refurbishment devision is on hand to help deliver tailored and bespoke services. We specialise in multiple levels of property refurbishments and are ready to cater and deliver to turn your dreams into a reality.
Construction
At Monarch we pride in ourselves to offer our clients multiple level construction devision. We specialise in New Builds, conversions and extensions for both residential and commercial projects.
During the very beginning at Monarch, we never had the need to advertise. Every project obtained was via trust and referral that enabled us to grow our list of clients and working professionals. However we thought its time for change. In order to acquire more projects we have decided its time to get involved with marketing and showcase some of our work we have completed over the years. We hope some of our projects provide both inspiration and insight to future projects we can deliver for you.

Since
2021
In 2021 we founded Monarch during covid, providing bespoke services to the property industry during a complicated time for both the country and economy. We grew our business by being the company that people could rely on to delivering maintenance services, both periodic to emergency requirements.
In 2022 we launched another two devisions into Monarch, Property Refurbishment and Construction as we started to accumulate more customers. We had the opportunity to grow Monarch organically into another two fundamental cores within the property industry.
Residential
Today, Monarch Building Contractors proudly offers a collection of bespoke services offering our clients a “One Stop” turn key service provider. We work with vetted and trusted professionals specialising in all aspects of the industry, giving our clients peace of mind that their property is in safe & capable hands.
